4.1 Return Policy: We accept returns of unworn, undamaged boots and other western wear products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging with tags attached. Custom or special-order items, including vape holster boots, are non-returnable unless defective.
4.2 Refund Process: To initiate a return, contact us at returns@conroecowboyco.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, minus any shipping costs.
4.3 Defective Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion, including return shipping costs.

Failure to comply may result in legal action, including but not limited to seeking damages, injunctive relief, and attorney’s fees, to protect our rights and the originality of our western wear products.
5.4 User Content: If you submit content to our website (e.g., reviews, photos of our boots), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes. You represent that such content does not infringe on the rights of others.
6.1 Battery-Powered Features: Some of our boots, such as the Smoke Stride Vape Boots, include rechargeable battery-powered vape holsters. These features are intended for adult use only (21+ in the U.S.) and should be used in accordance with local vaping laws.
6.2 Safety Warning: Conroe Cowboy Co. is not responsible for misuse of vape holster features, including battery malfunctions, overheating, or improper use of vaping devices. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for charging and using the vape holster.
6.3 Warranty: Vape holster boots come with a 90-day limited warranty for battery defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
